Raquel Ganitsky

Candidate for the Master of Science in Real Estate Development at MIT's Center for Real Estate. Part of the 10% of the class selected to join the Young Leaders Program. Fellow at the Sustainable Real Estate Development Action (SREDA) Initiative. Co-president of the Sustainable Real Estate Club.

Experienced developer, architect, and project manager with a demonstrated history working in the built environment. Raquel has been part of projects with architects like Simón Vélez, Cristián Undurraga, and Konrad Brunner. She also worked in industrial and multi-family developments with Trammel Crow Company.

Raquel has experience in design, project management, acquisitions, entitlements, fundraising, and asset management.

Raquel holds an undergraduate degree from Universidad de Los Andes, Magna Cum Laude in Architecture.
