Nicholas is a Master’s in City Planning candidate at MIT, and holds a BA in International and Urban Studies from Vassar College. He joins the Urban Economics Lab with experience working in community and economic development for the Bergen County government in New Jersey. He is also a current Vice Chancellor’s Inclusive Excellence Fellow, and is passionate about advancing inclusive economic development, social housing creation, and real estate development that supports just and resilient spaces.
